Golam Nobi is an Advocate at the District and Sessions Judge’s Court, Dhaka of and a Research Associate at Dr. Kamal Hossain and Associates, having joined the firm in 2023.

Nobi’s main areas of practice are banking and finance, commercial and corporate, competition, employment, arbitration, labour, fintech, insurance, and telecommunications law.

Nobi has been a part of teams handling a diverse range of matters, including telecommunications, corporate, due diligence, legal and regulatory compliance, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and labour and service matters. He has assisted with litigation in various reported and unreported cases.

Nobi holds an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of Derby, United Kingdom (2017), a Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations (2018) and a Professional Masters in International Relations (2021) from the University of Dhaka, and an LLM degree from the Sonargaon University, Dhaka (2022). He was enrolled as an Advocate by the Bangladesh Bar Council (2021).

Nobi is a member of the Dhaka Bar Association.
