Mona Abdul Halim is a Barrister and a Research Associate at Dr. Kamal Hossain and Associates, having joined the firm in 2023.
Mona’s main areas of practice are arbitration, banking, corporate and commercial, employment, energy law, insurance, securities, technology, and telecommunication.
Mona has been part of teams engaged in corporate matters, due diligence, legal and regulatory compliance, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Mona served as a Researcher with the Constitution Reform Commission during the tenure of the Interim Government, contributing to constitutional review and policy development in 2024-2025. She also worked as a Research Assistant to Dr. Sharif Bhuiyan in the preparation of the book, “Revolutionary Constitutionalism” published by The University Press Ltd., Dhaka, 2025.
Mona is an International Accredited Associate Arbitrator with ADR ODR International. Mona is also an Expert at One Trust Data Guidance Regulatory Research Software.
Mona hold an LLB (Hons.) degree from the University of London (2017) and a Master of Laws from Deakin University, Australia (2020), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from BPP University, London (2022). She was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn (2023).
Mona is a member of the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
